Thomas Villarreal

    Mr. Villarreal is a former  Deputy City Attorney for the city of San Jose, California.  He has also been the City Attorney  for the cities of Farmersville, Mendota and  Special Legal Counsel for the city of Orange Cove and former legal counsel for the Earlimart School District. 

    In 1988-89 he was the lead attorney in a Federal Class Action desegregation lawsuit against the San Jose Unified School District., representing the interests of the Hispanic parents and children of the district.

    Prior to forming Villarreal & Associates he was legal counsel and Project Development Officer for Pacific Family Health, Inc.  Mr. Villarreal  served in the United States Air Force and is a Vietnam Veteran. 

    He obtained his B.A. degree from California State University at San Bernardino and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law.  Mr. Villarreal was also the managing attorney at Central California Legal Services in Fresno County. 

    He is a member of the Central California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the California State Bar, the  Federal Bar, and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
